This program is broken down into four different payment options, also known as an Option Loan or Smart Loan. The payments are broken down as follows:

1% Minimum Payment
30 Yr. Amortization (Interest Only)
30 Yr. Amortization (Principle & Interest)
15 Yr. Amortization (Principle & Interest)

This program gives you, the mortgage holder, the flexibility to choose which payment you make monthly. The following example shows the payment options on a $200,000 mortgage. (This is an Adjustable Rate loan program.)
